Product Overview

Enjoy smoke-free grilling and griddling with this family-sized cooking system. Use the grill plate to create char-grilled steaks or sizzling fajita vegetables. The griddle plate makes cooking hash or pancakes a breeze with edge-to-edge cooking with no hot spots. Raise the lid for a blast of high heat for searing, and lower it for retaining heat for melting. A perforated mesh lid eliminates smoke and reduces splatter, and the non-stick plates and mesh lid detach easily for cleaning in the dishwasher.

    To my surprise, this Ninja Sizzle Pro XL Indoor Griddle and Grill nails intuitive controls — griddle plate heats evenly edge to edge. It handles bacon with less smoke with no fuss. I also appreciate the bacon with less smoke.

    As a busy parent, this Ninja Sizzle Pro XL Indoor Griddle and Grill provides minimal cleanup — sear on steaks is surprisingly good for indoor use. It handles even heat across the plate with no fuss (nice touch). I wish the manual were a bit clearer.
